 Here are some highlights of our day:

 If you were able to check out our classroom, you would see Christmas is being celebrated everywhere! In the last couple of weeks we have researched and presented how Christmas is celebrated in different countries around the world. Our information was written on a little gift box and then presented to the class--get it? presented? We have worked with partners in French, creating a poster of a Christmas living room scene and then labeled all the items in French. In teams, we created door decorations! We have written how to books, from How to Cut down a Christmas tree to How to make Hot Chocolate. The students will be taking these home soon so be sure to ask for them! We have written stories about what would happen if we had Santa's sleigh for a night.  I read the stories aloud to the class and they were amazing!  We are still waiting for Olivia's which is now 7 pages in length. In Math, we have started division. So far, it's just one digit numbers and will wait until after...
